I read your article of Motivation with interest. Rightly said the negative thoughts should be changed to thinking positive thoughts.I feel that although you say you are asked in an interview about a good thing done in the past six months and a also bad thing. But you deviate from it not giving what you answered. I must stress you to write the answer what you have answered? That is the ultimate Motivation. When people read it they understand not the subject of good and bad but the faith in them to openly say that which they feel is a good thing and which also they feel bad as a bad thing though from the point of view of the interviewer may be different.Over all the article gives an insight into the Subject.Good Luck.
