I am with Jindal Global Business School, O P Jindal Global University, Delhi/NCR, as Professor of Finance and Accounting. Besides PG in commerce, I am a chartered accountant (FCA) and a management accountant (AICWA), and CFA. I have also acuired a few foreign qualifications in professional accounting and finance areas. I have been in academics for more than two decades. My interests in teaching, training and research are Corporate Valuation, Financial Risk Management, M&A, Portfolio Management and Strategic Finance. I have more than 30 research papers and 25 case studies to my credit. Currently I am working on corporate Valuation and Due Diligence in M&A.
