Expert Talk on 'Growing Exponentially with Theory of Constraints (TOC)' on Nov 24, 2017

IIM Indore's Industry Interface Office in association with VE Commercial is organizing an Expert Talk on ‘Growing Exponentially with Theory of Constraints (TOC)’ under the Industry Outreach Programme at VE Commercial, Pithampur. The talk to be conducted on November 24, will have Professor Harshal Lowalekar, Faculty, Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques as the speaker. Professor Lowalekar is also an expert in the field of Theory of Constraints. The objective of this talk is to address how companies can identify and eliminate the constraints which are restricting their current performance and thereby register an exponential growth using TOC. TOC ideas have revolutionized the areas of Manufacturing, Services, Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Accounting and Projects. The purpose of the talk is to show how TOC can help companies become more responsive and still decrease their inventories. The talk would also focus on how they can complete projects in much lesser time and budget with better quality.

 

Participation is free and open to all industries in Indore and Pithampur area and interested industry partners may pre-register their names by sending an E-Mail to “industryinterface@iimidr.ac.in”.
