Atharv 2019: A Harmonious Affair

Conceived in 2014, Atharv has consistently been the largest cultural, management and literary fest in all of Central India. That is, five consecutive years of us at Atharv providing once in a life time opportunities and experiences to both, participants and the IPM fraternity alike.Atharv’19 is scheduled from 6th to 8th September, 2019, bigger than ever before with cash prizes worth Rs. 6 Lacs.


This year, Atharv’19 will witness the glory and talent of  Mr. Vipul Goyal, the comedian on 6th September, also known as “humourously yours” by the youngsters on the internet. Four artists across different genres have been lined up for the Bollywood DJ Night, which is scheduled on the 7th of September. Valy Mo, who is an international EDM artist, DJ Rhea, a Mumbai based Bollywood DJ and the duo- Mr Singh x Rhythm. 8th September will witness the Punjabi Bollywood Singer, IndeepBakshi, who has hits like “Saturday Saturday” and “Kala Chashma” to his name. He will be accompanied by the crowd favourite, the Rapping Machine on the 8th September.


Atharv has various management events scheduled for the three days. To name a few, we have Avant Garde, the business plan competition, Headhunter, the HR event, Finopoly, the finance event to name a few. A mock trial event- “Devil’s Advocate” is also conducted. This year, a journalism event- “Khoj” has been introduced. The flagship event for this year is the Inter Varsity Debate, a British Parliamentary Style Debate. Quizmaster ThejaswiUdupawill conduct Pragnya, the Business Quiz and Clash of Cults, the Pop Culture Quiz.


In addition, Atharv’19 also has various Cultural events- including two dance events, two music events, a street play event, photography and videography competitions, a gaming event and the flagship-Vanity- the fashion show. Vanity will be judged by Ms. SanjanaVij, runners’ up at fbbFemina Miss India, 2019. The Adele of Mumbai, Mallika Mehta will judge Crescendo, the acoustic music competition.


Atharv also has various workshops and informal events for students, including paintball, haunted house and human jenga. A talent hunt for extraordinary brains from class 9-12th, the Pi-Quiz shall also be conducted.
