The basis for Increment in salary should be :

- Educational Qualification

- Experience

- Performance

- Talent

- Potential

Some organizations just do increment at fixed percentages on gross salary. It is unfair to permomer employees.

Dear All,

Greetings of the day!!


I am a new joinee to this esteemed club.


I would like to mention that for ascertaining the percentage of Increment numerous factors was kept in mind by the managment like: Attendance, Sincereity, Response towards work, Co-operation with the team members etc.


Educational Qualification, Potential, Experience etc. are those criterio on the basis of which a candidate was selected. Its true to mention that these factors must be considered while selecting the candidate.


Its my opinion.

I want to explain that doing fixed percentage in increment is unfair to performin staff.

Performance, Talent, Potentail, Post in Organization are the criteria that doesn's comes to end after selecting candidate. They remains alive while doing increment also.
