Considering the influx of global corporate community on NH-8 and the requirements for the residents living in the residential areas nearby, Falcon Realty Services Pvt. Ltd, a company actively involved in Land acquisition and Land consolidation in India for over two decades and a premier in affordable, green building design and architecture, today announced the launch of ‘Super Bazaar’ as part of its ‘Global Eco City’ project on NH-8 express way in the National Capital Region. The company is investing Rs. 5 crores in constructing this market complex.



Super Bazaar offers an assortment of cross section of multi utility retail formats of shops mainly aimed at addressing the daily requirements of residents living in the township. The Super Bazaar is spread over an area of 25,000 sq. feet. The expected occupancy in the surroundings of Super Bazaar is 5,000 by 2013, by 2014 additional 5,000, by 2015 additional 5,000 and by 2016 onwards it is going to be 10,000. In 2013, the potential monthly sales at Super Bazaar would be about Rs. 25mn, by 2014 additional Rs. 50mn, by 2015 additional Rs. 7crores, and by 2016 onwards it is going to be Rs. 100mn.



The concept that Falcon is promoting through this Super Bazaar is ‘Roti, Kapda, Makaan, Health, Entertainment and Knowledge’- All at One Location. The project is designed by British Architect Teelock Associates. The shop sizes of Super Bazaar varies from 350 sq. feet to 540 sq. feet and each shop is priced at Rs. 10,000/- per sq. feet. The rental opportunity of each shop will be approximately Rs. 100 per sq. feet per month initially. The development work is already under progress and is slated to be completed by December 2012.



Commenting on the Super Bazaar concept, Bhim Yadav, Chairman and MD, Falcon Realty Services Pvt. Ltd. said, “With the launch of Super Bazaar, we are aiming at bringing a world class shopping experience to residents within a short walking distance from home. We are already in talks with domestic and international brands planning to set up their outlets in Super Bazaar.”



“Other facilities at Global Eco City project will include schools, hospitals, shopping malls, multiplex, gyms, sports stadium, etc. The project is designed in a manner to address the sustainable model of urbanization for human settlement that will lend an international aura, matching the global standards of the migrating population.” he added.



The Global Eco City project is strategically located on National Highway 8 (Expressway) leading to Honda Car Plant, Kotkassim, Greater Bhiwadi on the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). This project is a 45 minute signal free drive from IGI Airport, Delhi, and 30 minutes from Iffco Chowk, Gurgaon. The corridor is attracting heavy investments from Japanese, European and American countries. Known by few, Honda Motors, Asahi Glass, Mobis, Saint Gobain and Musasi, Harley Davidson, among others have already set up the world’s largest car and glass plant in the Corridor. Infact American companies like Becton Dickinson and Hollisters are also in a prodigy to mark their presence and invest in this zone.
