Sometimes bank Charges more then they have to charge or charge they have not charge and customer complain to the bank, if Complain is not resolved within 30 days then there is place where customer can make complain against bank :-
One way is to fill complain to Banking Ombudsman Officer in written application to respective adress(which is different to different regsion) through offline Process.
Second way is to fill Comlain against bank to Banking Ombudsman Officer online on adress http://www.rbi.org.in/commonman/English/Scripts/AgainstBank.aspx. and fill online form on mentioned site.
Third way is to fill Complain in Consumer Form, to fill Complain in Consumer form you can take help you free helpline on 1800114000.
