i venkatesh as working finance excective in suger manufacturing company at karnatak ,so i have problems for listing to company in bse or nse please suggest me

Dear Venkatesh, you have not mentioned the nature of problem you are facing while getting your company listed in NSE/BSE. I am giving you the BSE link on listing requirements - http://bseindia.com/about/abintrobse/listsec.asp

Similarly, you can visit NSE website to get acquintance of the listing regulations. Accordingly, you can decide and select appropriate exchange(s) for listing your company. You will have to get your company listed at the relevant regional stock exchange also, if not already listed.
