Dear sir, I am an MBA student..I will take finance as my specialization.. I think I am not good enough in soft skills which is required to enter into the corporate world after MBA..Sir can you please tell me how I can improve my soft skills??..Should I join any training institute providing training on soft skills??..I also want to know what is the meaning of soft skills and what is soft skills comprises of??..I have seen that those who have a good subject knowledge, they got rejected due to lack in soft skills..We all will be highly obliged if you put an article on soft skills..Thank you..

When you say that candidates with good subject knowledge got rejected due to lack in soft skills, it means you are pretty clear what soft skills are. Though you are hesitating to admit it here.
