To start small scale unit

MBA Finance. currently I have work experience in manufacturing around 2 and half years. now I wanted to start a small scale unit . I have doubt that which Sector is good (cement bricks or FMCG or any other). what do you think this decision is good? I'm kindly request you to please provide detail information about small scale unit such as capital , machinery etc thanks in advance warm regards Sachin
