Dear Sir,
I am working as an accountant last 5 years, for better career I have done MBA (finance) thru distance last year but did not get any benefit. what should i do for better career, can i switch to other profile, if is it better then which one is it. pls give me some suggestion. |

As I have mentioned on this forum number of occasions, such distance learning MBAs would not help.
Instead you should join some self-improvement courses, such as soft skill building trainings. Besides, you may also think to take some training programs on IFRS and taxation. Accountants with these two skill sets are in high demand and the reward is better. |

Consider SAP certification courses also. May be also Oracle Finance, Six Sigma, etc. |
