Going to take admission in IMM

I have not given any entrance exam like CAT,MAT etc.I am getting admission in IMM i.e. institute of marketing and management, it is in qutab institutional area.I will do PGDM finance,fees is 7.5 lacs with no world tour.What is the placement record of IMM and hws IMM? and is PGDM in par with MBA degree? Plz help.
