In my visits to USA i find there is high listening among the students in class rooms, i am in the USA at Boston, returning by end this month. without listening every thing would fail .see why divorces happen just due to poor listening between spouses especially in india.

As a faculty in JBIMS at Bombay in 2000-07, i observed listening among MMS students was just down sliding as they come to the classes some things bogged down in them, we used to warn them if listening skills fall naturally u might not make a great management talent in the company u would get a footing, yet listening did not move up in the scale.
